GARDEN GROVE FIRE DISPLACES 2 FAMILIES

A fast moving fire reported at 7:19 PM today destroyed several apartments at 12562 Morningside Ave. in Garden Grove. The fire appears to have started in an apartment on the first floor and spread to the unit above. All occupants were able to escape without injury.

A Fire Investigator is at the scene trying to determine the cause. The Red Cross was called to assist two displaced families.
