The CHP and Newport Beach Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the dead body of a man found next to the on ramp to the southbound 73 toll road from MacArthur Bl.
The body was reported to 911 around 2:30 to the CHP. An Officer responded to the area and found the deceased man. The on ramp is closed as they investigate.
