ONE DEAD IN HIGH SPEED LA HABRA CRASH

At least one man was killed in what La Habra Police believe was a high speed crash on La Habra Blvd. near McPherson around Midnight Friday night. Two other people in the car were also ejected onto the pavement in the violent crash. They were taken by ambulance to a trauma center in critical condition. The deceased man was pronounced dead at the scene by Paramedics.

A fire hydrant was sheared during the crash causing a large geyser. A crew from the La Habra Water Department was called to the scene to locate the water main and turn off the flow of water.

La Habra Blvd. was closed to all traffic as Investigators gathered evidence and documented the crash scene.
